Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, call, or email, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and comments. Our site may also collect standard usage data (pages visited, device and browser type) through analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide mortgage information you request, and — with your consent — send marketing communications by text, call, or email. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with Bold Mortgage and service providers who help us operate, as required to process a loan you apply for, or as required by law.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to contact form submissions. When you visit from an ad, Google receives information such as pages visited and when a contact form is submitted; this may involve cookies set by Google. Google’s use of this information is described in Google's advertising privacy page. Visitors in regions that require a cookie-consent choice (such as the EU, UK, and Switzerland) are excluded from this measurement.
